No one on line when answered calls often

I am being called at least four times/day, from 0800 hrs to 2100 hrs. No message is being left on my answering machine, just taking up space. I am tired of it and would like to have it stopped.

Rings two or three times,when you call back - you get something about Magic Jack or a fax sound.

THIS NUMBER THAT KEEPS CALLING ME IS A CELL NUMBER? ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THATS ILLEGAL THEY CAN'T CALL ME FROM A CELL AN TRIP ME THEY HAVE RULES AND GUIDELINES. AND THEY CALL ME AT WORK ALSO ILLEGAL.. They call over and over but never say anything and they never leave voicemails. Irritating!!

Some goof calls and says he is a New York police officer. The goof cant speak english and sounds like he is from India. then he tells you that your a criminal and need to pay a debt to him from your bank account. He also called a buddy of mine about me trying to get him to pay. What a fool this guy is. The FBI will catch him soon and the group will be behind bars.
